Usually when I take antihistamines and decongestants it helps. Nose spray helps, too. When I get an infection antibiotics always get rid of it. I think maybe you have wax buildup in your ears. That happened to my hubby and my mom. They both went to the doc not because their ears hurt but because they were all stopped up and couldn't hear very well.
