Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards | Anyone here speak/write half-decent French?

Hey Guys,
I'm having a horrible time with this person from Ebay...they bid on one of my auctions, won and haven't paid me. I think we have a communication problem, they live in Quebec and their English is not very good. Long story short I had to file a non-paying bidder alert with Ebay to even get him to pay after sending him multiple emails...he finally paid but he paid via credit card through PayPal and I don't have the upgraded PayPal account to accept it. So, I had to send the payment back to him, but I also sent a friendly email reminding him my auction clearly stated I couldn't accept that as a payment, and giving him his other options. That was a few days ago, and I heard nothing.

Then today I get an email from him stating that he paid Aug. 27 so please remove the alert...so I don't think he even gets that he didn't pay (and the money would have gone back to him right away).

Anyways, I was thinking if anyone here might be able to translate a small email for me it might help get things moving, as this guy is beyond frustrating!

Thanks in advance if there is anyone who can help me! I can read French pretty well but writing it is another story
