I thought I could buy the manufactured home from a dealer, already built. Then I would need to find land to put it on. I'm not sure who to call about finding land for the home...and then who to call about setting up the septic and water, electric, etc...
Can't the homes come built already and then the dealer just moves the home to the land you buy?
I don't know who to call about finding land for the home and getting things like water and electricity.
When I asked if you would do it again, I was meaning would you do it again without going to the park first...just going straight to buying a home and putting it on the land.
Sorry if I'm not making sense. I know what I am trying to say but it's late in the day for me and I'm not expressing myself very well.
