I've been seriously thinking about this as I am so, so disgusted with apartment living. But all the realtors talk me out of it because of the depreciation factor and the fact that they don't sell very well if you want to sell it. It's good to hear that I am not as crazy as they all tell me I am! Tell me, do you now own the land the house is on? So, you don't need to pay rent for the land like in a park? How did you find a place to put your house? I thought you only had the option of living in a traditional park all crammed together.
