Back at work, major attack, need encouragement.

Hi all,
So today is my first day of a two day temp job downtown Vancouver. I am a receptionist at an architectural firm.
I am having a major bad stomach day.
My stomach hurts, is really cramping, have had D once already and need to again...
I can't leave the desk without having to call someone, tell them, wait for them to come up to the desk to watch the phones.
I feel really embarassed, and now am totally starting to panic.
My mom is in the hospital today for some surgery, I didn't sleep more than 2 hours last night... I was really depressed all day yesterday, and now my tummy is not happy!
I am trying so hard to stay positive, right now I am just full of anxiety!
What should I do???
