LOVE the new pic.
I know all about heat problems with IBS. The hot weather really plays havoc with seratonin levels in the brain, and my tummy cramps up something awful. I sweat profusely, of course, and feel like I'm gonna faint. I do NOT do well with hot weather -- which is why we moved up here from California. Even here, sometimes the weather will get as hot as 80, and I'm dying!
Ya gotta find a way to cool off, Girlfriend. And don't exercise in the heat! I used to run in the mornings in California -- before the sun came up, never in the heat of the day, NEVER! Drink lotsa water and stay inside.
BTW, you guys are gettin' heat up there? Really? It hasn't stopped raining here. We still haven't had a Spring, and it doesn't look like we're gonna have a Summer either! (I love it.)
