I am so sorry you are fighting with this Barbara! Please know that this is the best thing for everyone involved...chances are your boys have some idea that you aren't happy. And everyone will blossom from the changes.
I am a child of divorce and honestly it was the best thing anyone could have done. I wish they would have done it sooner than they did instead of forcing me to grow up in a loveless house with parents who couldn't stand each other. That's just my opinion.
You have a long road...but you know what you will be ok!! You are a wonderful person who has so much love to give to the right people.
As for him playing the blame game...your real friends will know why you let and whose *fault* it so don't worry - chances are they have been waiting for this to come for a long time.
