how much more do you want to lose?!?! That is a good question... now that my body is changing so much, even on weeks that I don't lose weight... I'm not sure what weight I will actually be once I get to the "look" that I want... since muscle weighs more then fat also... I'm a little confused. But if I give you numbers based on the "weight" goal... I still have about 80 more to go.
