Surely we should have the right to say we don;t want to be kept in a vegetative state for 15 years+...but then letting someone starve to death isn't nice and I think it's ridiculous that that's the only way she'll be allowed to die!

My parents have already said that they don't want that...even if they retain physical capacities but their brains are awol! And Si and I are the same.

If you believe in either any kind of afterlife OR that she might have some awareness now then surely it's just cruel to keep her pinned into a body that doesn't work/.
