We looked at this problem for a few lectures in my maternal and child health class when I was in grad school. You know, there are way too many pressures these days on women to become super-everythings. Somehow we are expected to do it all - the job, the kids, the housework, the husbands, the inlaws, the cooking, the list seems endless - what's often not on the list - the sleeping and the being healthy (well, I guess those go together) - women need to learn that there is NOTHING WRONG with taking care of THEMSELVES!!! We can't take care of other things if we don't take time for ourselves too! It's your priorities - you choose yourse, your freinds will choose thiers and don't let anyone tell you that theirs are the only right one's for everyone - I don't know how much sense that makes, but bottom line - take care of you first and don't let anyone guilt you for it!
