See, I'm so screwed up in the head this week, I didn't even think of that. I'm getting D several times a week, and it's almost always in the morning. So I should take the pill in the evening, then. Or maybe I'll go with my original thought and take them around noonish... I'm almost always done with my "attacks" by lunchtime.
And you're right... for that one week, rhythm should be fine, like it always was. I've gotten spoiled.  I mean, the patch is the first BC I've *ever* been on and that's been for less than a year, and I've avoided getting pregnant so far, so I'm not really sure what I'm worried about.
