Glad to be of help! Apparently, the lh hormone that is needed to make you ovulate is not produced first thing in the morning! I usually get up around 7:30am and have to be to work at 10. I'd go pee as soon as I got to work, than only allow myself on glass of water and not go pee again until 2pm when I would do the test. The more concentrated your urine is, the better the result! I bought a couple boxes of really expensive opks at the drug store and the cheap ones work just as well!! Some women will test twice a day but I'm not sure thats really necessary if you are following the directions exactly! Have you started a calendar yet with your periods and sex marked on it? I've been keeping track since May. It really helps to pin-point things and if you ever do need to consult a dr, its very helpful to them!
