I usually get things pretty quickly from them, with 3-4 days usually! Be sure that you do NOT use first morning urine when using opks! Also, you should try to test the same time each day, I think they say 2pm-8pm is optimal. Be sure to limit your fluid intake before testing and try to hold your pee for 3-4 hours before testing as well! If your ordered the ones I have, you have to pee in a little cup first, than dip the stick in it and wait the FULL 5 minutes before reading! A positive has to be the test line is AS dark or DARKER than the control line. Unlike epts, where any second line is a positive! I will typically have a positive reading for 2 days. Try and pay attention to you cervical mucus, I usually can tell I'm getting ready to ovulate because it will be kind of skippery when I wipe! I usually see this increase in cervical mucus a day or two before I get the positive opk! As soon as you notice the cervical mucus, find your hubby!! Since your cycles are so screwy, I'd probably start using the opk's as soon as you get them. How many did you order? I ordered like 40 of them back in the spring and still have some left!
