I am not sure what this was last night but OMG it hurt! After dinner which was safe, I experienced some knifing pain in my lower abdomen. It was also in my butt! It felt like gas because I kept feeling like I needed to expel some! But it wouldn't come out. Then this moring after laying down all night it was pretty bad. Even my BM didn't help it. I am feeling a bit better but still have a lot of pressure donw there?? I have drank tea took gas-x and ate a little something. Anyone else get this???? Any other suggestions to feel better??? I was feeling so good for so long! I hate setbacks!

Weird pain last night and this morning
