Tomorrow is going to be interesting, as I have an after school performance (I'm in the band), and I'm also director of all the lights!
I'm really nervous, and have a lot of nausea, which is going to trigger a HUGE attack, I know it! Plus, I won't be able to run off to the bathroom if I need to, nor can I stay home!
Until today (when I majorly broke my diet), I've been stictly a 'C', but since I've been eating IBS-unsafe foods all day, well, I've become a 'D' very quickly! Eep!
Wish me luck girls, I'm going to need it!
