It's also called Patagonian Toothfish, but looks nothing like the regular sea bass picture. (Think 400 pounds of toothy ugly fish). Chilean Sea Bass would come on your plate as lumps of white flesh (no bones), and not a smaller fish with bones. But I'd stay away from fish, as they're usually braised with butter.
