If it were me I would want the ability to choose to stand or sit b/c your body changes from one moment to the next. One moment it aches (literally) to move and then when you do it groans to rest. But I don't like to share my illness w/ others (except on this board) b/c I don't want them to treat me differently. I don't want to be viewed as an invalid even if somedays that is the reality of the situation.
