1st off, this gal's lucky to have you!

How did you find out she has fibro...did she tell you herself? I htink that will make a big diff. in what you can do for her. IF she told you herself, I would ask her to please let you know how you can be of help. That's what I would want someone to do for me. I would want them to understand if I need to sit...but I may want to try standing 1st. I guess I would just want to be abel to do what I needed to without attracting attnetion or being different or weird.

It's SO HARD becasue each individual is diff. This is what I personally would want/need....but her fibro is not my fibro, know what I mean? I don't know how it effects her, how loing she's dealt with it (how accustomed she is to taking care of i, that sort of thing), or how severe her symptoms are. It's really such a personal thing.....

Sorry I'm not helping maybe one of the other ladies with fibro on board will be able to give you better info.!

I think it's SUPER that you're looking out for her....you're a good friend!
