I used to live in Queens, New York. The weather would get frigid. The snow ould fall and stick aroung for weeks upon weeks. Yuck! You know what I mean? The grey sludgey stuff that's frozen, stiff and fills up all the parkings spots that were left?
I would get depressed and also angry and frustrated.

Try closing the window shades and flooding your house with LOTS of artificial light.
We had a realy yucky thunderstrom this morning and I retreated to my kitchen, which had the brightest artificial light in the house. I hovered there with my craft supplies until my husband came home for lunch.(I'm a craft fanatic!
Scrap booking for me is a life saver, especially if I'm noot feeling well)
Also realy jumpy music helps me too.

I hope that you feel happier this winter. Just remember, summer is just around the corner (you just have to get to the end of the block first).
Feel good!
Chany
P.S. Last summer my husband got a new job and we moved to Memphis, TN. Winters are not as cold, but ugh! the rain!
