My doctor than recommend dicyclomine (10 mg) capsules. I took them for a while, but the side effects are something to consider. Librax has very few side effects. The peppermint pills and the Acacia Fiber seem to be working for me. However, you need to take them as per directions. Also try the audio therapy. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
