sad today...dealing with diagnosis       01/09/08 12:10 PM Edit Reply Quote lkr Reged: 01/07/08 Posts: 6 Very sad today. IBS has been worse and worse in the past month I've been trying to put on weight. Former marathon runner and competitive athlete, now having to exercise minimally during the week or else C is not relieved. Keep wondering to myself if the running is what gave me IBS. Friends are worried about me but I feel like they think I went crazy and now it's partly my fault. Very down today... could use some encouragement... Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
