Seriously in trouble here...what on earth can I do? HELP!

Ok so my whole life I had IBS symptoms. I have the book now and I follow it the best I can. The thing is I have been overweight for a number of years and recently joined a gym to get fit as my Chronic Fatigue improved a bit.
I still get Fibromyalgia and anxiety. I am anaemic and can't seem to hold onto iron.

Now, exercise is meant to help yeah?

Thing is, it cannot be a coincidence that every time I go to the gym, particularly every time I move my hips in ZUMBA or stretch my stomach core in Yoga or even just walk with my stomach muscles in-I get intense, worst pain ever, heavy nausea EXCRUCIATING IBS-D. The pain is like the most severe menstrual cramp ever.
The other day it even looked like there may be some bright blood in it a bit.

I am really scared. 2-3 years ago I had endoscopy and colonocopy to rule out other stuff.
They said by default, most likely IBS.

I am currently really anaemic, because high iron foods like red meat and beans and even vegies and liquid and tablet iron supplements go straight through me. Nothing works. I have to have injections.

I can't sleep I am so anxious and all Drs want to do is out you on really odd medication I am NOT taking that crap again!

So I am also a musician. Musicians have to tour and I can't try and get a gig while I am like this.

If I don't exercise I'll be fat forever. I love that my body is changing and getting stronget in some ways but honestly, the cramping and pain is so intense that for days after it I still hurt like I have been punched repeatedly mainly in the upper gut area.

I don't know what to do. I need to exercise for health reasons and this is really intense pain that I can barely walk for a couple of days let alone do exercise. So depressing. Please help.
