Gym: 4 mins stretching of legs, 10 mins in the weight room doing biceps extensions and chest fly, then "Kick-It" class (kickboxing, included weights, abs & stretching at the end) worked out 1 hour + 24 mins, burned 565 calories at 50% fat. (I had to stop 5 mins early due to a tight hamstring that kept giving me pain during weights)
