Gym: 10 mins stretching and triceps work, then 75 minute "Kick-It" class (includes kickboxing, weights, abs, & stretching) worked out 1 hour + 25 mins, burned 661 calories at 40%. Got dizzy in the middle of the weights and had to sit down on my mat.... then I did most of the abs..... I did not have enough to eat today, being almost stuck and all.
