Gym: 5 mins stretching of legs, 10 mins in the weight room doing chest & triceps, the I took a 25 min Abs class and THEN "Kick-It" class (kickboxing, included abs & stretching at the end) worked out 1 hour +40 mins, burned 667 calories at 40% fat.

NSV (non scale victory): while I was doing the cool down at the end of the Kick-It class.... I was on my tummy doing a quad stretch and had to reach behind me and grab my shoelaces and pull my foot toward my butt..... this was the very first time I could actually grab my shoelaces (the front of my shoe) and not just pull my heel cuz that was all I used to be able to reach!! WWWooohhhooo !!
I did it... just like this girl... hehehe
