Hi,
I have IBS-D, and am following the diet. I have noticed that my BMs have become relatively more formed, which is encouraging. However, this weekend I played in a frisbee tournament both days, and I noticed that my frequency of BMs seemed to increase to more than they have been in the last couple weeks. Again, no D, but I went several times yesterday. Could this be due to the fact that the sport I play is rather on the intense side in terms of exercise and the increased movement is causing me to have to "go" more? Also, my gas increased a ton as well, and even taking Beano before I ate didn't seem to really help. Anyone out there know a way to combat gas more while exercising? (probably a losing battle, I know, but I figured I'd ask anyway). Thanks so much for any insights!
