Yea that's true. I have never been one to excersise much, but now I'm really suffering because of it. I have a problem in my legs where my muscles aren't stretching as they should, and they are holding back my bones, so I'm not growing as fast as I should. I should be at least another inch or so tall, but I stopped growing three years ago. Well, my legs did at least, my arms are still growing, because a long sleeve shirt that was too big on me last winter is an inch too small now. But anyway, my point with this was, now whenever it is cold, or just even if I am really active one day, my legs start to hurt so much that I can't even walk across a room; if I'm in the family room I can't walk to the kitchen without collapsing from the pain. If I had excersised more this wouldn't have happened. So, now that my IBS is pretty stable (although now I'm afraid I've destabilized, I'll post about that later though), I think I can start to excersise again. But you're right, winter is a terrible time to try and be active, way too cold. I'm just going to buy some cheap excercise equip to put in the basement and then be really active all summer.
