Good yoga tape?       01/08/07 11:18 AM Edit Reply Quote line415 Reged: 09/09/06 Posts: 976 Loc: New Jersey Can anyone please advise a good yoga tape/dvd to do that isn't too difficult? I want to do something to relieve stress (not so much for losing weight) but I have only tried yoga a few times and some of the moves were tough. (I used to be very flexible but over the years have stiffened up!) I'm 35 and I'm just looking for a short video that maybe I could even do while my kids are awake (toddler/preschooler) and playing in the same room.
