I'm in shape.  Round is a shape... isn't it? - Author Unknown

Phase 5, Day 1 (yet again)
Score: 31 - Fair

I did my exercises today. No back stretches though.

The scoring ranges for Phase 5 are:
0: Excellent!
1-26: Good
27-44: Fair
45+: Start Again

Here are the explanations for previous phases:
Overview, Phase 1, Phase 2
Phases 3 and 4

What I ate:

Pre-Breakfast:
Mug of decaf Constant Comment tea with generous teaspoon of honey
1/2 cup applesauce with 1 teaspoon Acacia

Breakfast: I missed this. Which is a huge foul-up both IBS-wise and behavior mod-wise.

AM Snack:
Brown Sugar Coffee Cake
Mug of decaf Constant Comment tea with generous teaspoon of honey
One-A-Day Essential MultiVitamin; 500mcg Vitamin B12

Lunch:
1 bowl Potato Leek Soup (I added the leftover mashed potatoes from last night and a little extra chicken broth so it was more potato-y than leek-y - still very good
1 slice No Knead Bread (herb variation)
Honeybush Tea with 2 sugar lumps
500mg calcium from Tums; 200IU Vitamin D

PM Snack:
Beverage - NOT IBS-safe and I'm not admitting what it was
Food - NOT IBS-safe and I'm not admitting what it was

Dinner:
Kid Friendly Chicken Nuggets
Crisply Potato Wedges (I make mine with olive oil and garlic salt) with ketchup
Small green salad (this may NOT be IBS-safe for everyone): lettuce, deseeded cucumbers, green onions, broccoli, radishes, tomatoes, mushrooms
Oil and vinegar based dressing (this may NOT be IBS-safe for everyone)
500mg calcium from Tums; 500mcg Vitamin B12

Evening snack:
1 Keebler Fudge Shoppe Grasshopper Cookie (may NOT be IBS-safe for everyone; these are high in fat and they contain a little whey but I have no trouble with just one of them)
Honeybush tea with 2 sugar lumps
500mg calcium from Tums; 200IU Vitamin D

I also had one additional mug of decaf Constant Comment tea with generous teaspoon of honey - fine IBS-wise, off-schedule behavior-mod wise.

I got 6 additional teaspoons of Acacia throughout the day, for a total of 7 teaspoons of Acacia.
I got 74 ounces of fluid which is very good although I'd like to get more.
