Hi all!
Exercise: Zip
Breakfast: Rice cake w/LF peanut butter, cup of unsweetened applesauce
Snack: Luna Bar
Lunch: Salad Bar (lettuce, tuna (on it's own), LF UFO, some baby corn and a pickle. Hanful of pretzel Sticks.
Snack: Unsweetened applesauce, "Thinsations" Chips Ahoy (These may not be safe for everyone, they do not bother me).
Dinner: Grilled chicken breast in greek spices, lemon-oregano potatoes and a small amount of garden salad with italian dressing.
Snack: Low Fat UFO
Not too shabby... Scale went up to 172.5 today. Darn it.
