Acacia - 4oz Celestial Seasonings Zingers To Go Herb Tea, Wild Berry Chill w/3 teaspoons Acacia
Breakfast - bowl of cereal w/vanilla rice milk, 12oz rice milk hot choc & water
Lunch - 2 small French rolls, 16oz cup chicken noodle soup & water
Acacia - 4oz Celestial Seasonings Zingers To Go Herb Tea, Wild Berry Chill w/3 teaspoons Acacia
Dinner - toasted english muffin, "Chicken Pecan" Lean Cuisine (Roasted Chicken in a caramelized orange sauce with snap peas and brown rice with pecans...) not safe for everyone, but I do just fine with this one & water
Snacks - snack size bag UFO , 2 BIG handfuls of rice crackers + altoids before and while walking
Exercise - 71 mins walking (approx 3.80 miles) *note: a 5K is 3.11 miles with Shane on Alki Beach, I started the " Alki Beach Walking Club " and this was the 2nd one, but nobody confirmed they could make it...hope for a better turn out next Fri, I THINK there will be 3 joining us.... UFO = Unidentified Food Object (meaning not IBS safe for everyone, maybe even including myself, so I don't explain what it so that others don't THINK it is safe)
