Acacia - 4oz Celestial Seasonings Zingers To Go Herb Tea, Wild Berry Chill w/3 teaspoons Acacia
Breakfast - bowl of cereal w/vanilla rice milk & water
Lunch - 1 small French rolls, 6oz cup tuscany veggie soup, small salad w/about 1oz turkey breast and FF rasp vin, 2 UFO cookie & water

Dinner - toasted english muffin, "Shrimp and Angel Hair Pasta" Lean Cuisine (Shrimp and angel hair pasta in a creamy seafood sauce with accents of sherry, tossed with red peppers.) not safe for everyone, but I did ok with it, tummy is so far so good & water
Snacks - snack size bag UFO + altoids before and while at the gym
Exercise - 60 mins with trainer ....I burned 332 calories, followed by a 28 min walk on the path at Alki Beach (about 1.5 miles) ..... I burned 228 calories for a total of 560 calories
UFO = Unidentified Food Object (meaning not IBS safe for everyone, maybe even including myself, so I don't explain what it so that others THINK it is safe)
