Alright, ladies... where is everyone?? I feel like I am in this "wagon" alone!  
Note: As predicted, the days I did not Report In on were not good days. Housewarming parties, poor planning on other days... Bad food, no exercise.. It's not pretty. Today was officially the first day of my new work schedule for the next 3 months, so I decided today would be my new starting point.
So..
Breakfast (6:15): Half a portugese roll, LF peanut butter and a cup of unsweetened applesauce
Snack: S'mores Luna Bar
Lunch: 1 rice cake, one cup of unsweetened applesauce and Salad Bar from the deli downstairs ((I almost always have the same thing, which is: drained tuna(plain), small amount of cottage cheese, salad stuff(no dressing),dill pickle and some baby corn.
Snack: 1 package of "Thinsations" Chips Ahoy
Snack: (Stuck at Starbucks when need to get busted car tire fixed) Strawberry lemonade and apple bar (which is probably high in fat and calories) 
Dinner: Fillet of salmon with salt-free italian seasoning, new potatoes and asparagus.
Snack: TOO MANY squares of mint chocolate.
Water: Drank almost 2 Litres today, which is good.. Trying to get in more water when I can.
Also: Tonight will be Day 2 of the hypno CDs for me.
So... all in all, I guess it could have been worse. I just need to either cut *out* the snacking, or get much, much healthier snacks! I am such a sugar junkie, it makes me crazy. My Aunt Flo should be here in the next few days too, so that won't help!
Went for a little walk with the dog, but no real exercise.
