Hey guys!
I have been using that site Tina recommended a few days ago and I LOVE it. I really like that you can track the *break down* of the foods you are eating, it's great. I have been doing really well on it (okay, it's only been a couple of days, but whatever!) and I think it's a good sign!
One of my short term goals is to post on the message boards, and I have decided these boards count! My other two short term goals were to go for a walk every day (which I have done) and not drink any pop (which I did my first day, BEFORE I signed up but not since I made that goal - woo hoo). Yesterday I screwed up a little bit because I ate an ice cream bar (okay, big screw up!) but I was still only 64 cals over my max and the ice cream was HALF the fat I ate all day, so if I hadn't had it I would have done really well!
Today I took the dog out for a 45 minute walk, and did 20 minutes on the elliptical and a few strength exercises. I did cardio and dog walk yesterday too.
Today I've done well, except that my cals are way low. I am thinking that I will try and report in once a week or something to let you guys know how I am doing and stay accountable, but I just am no good at the every day reporting.
