I have no idea what else to do. I have a very slow digestive tract (which equals horrible constipation), which makes it difficult for me to eat. Even when eating two medium sized meals a day, I still feel extremely full and bloated and nothing that I have tried has worked. I've tried stimulant laxatives, mineral oil, fiber pills, "Zelnorm", and MANY others. I've also tried to help my slow digestion with the IBS meals, guidelines, and the different digestive cultures. I'm constantly trying to keep my weight up, but it's hard. I suffer intense nausea, horrible cramping (partly from using enough fiber laxatives to go to the bathroom, which can be a lot sometimes), abdominal distension, heartburn, and others. I've been going to a gastrologist for a little over a year now, but he can't seem to find any answers and therapies to help me. (I've even been to a pain management counselor that helps with my cramping). I feel like I'm about to break, from trying to find relief, and sometimes I feel overly depressed. I loath eating now. I'm at a complete loss for finding relief. Right now I'll try anything that might help my situation. Help!!!!!
