Okay, I'm "bad" too & sleep thru meal times or just plain forget to eat, delay eating, etc. Basically, if I'm not hungry I don't eat. So, Maria...you're not alone.
Well...the D situation is contained. I'm using Immodium daily as a preventative, and STILL GOING, but not VIOLENTLY! So...having communicated with my doctor today, she says to KEEP USING THE IMMODIUM. It's not unusual with medication changes/upgrades to experience g.i. symptoms (nausea, D, and even C!)
One further note: EVERYDAY I AM HAIRIER (so, either my hair just falls out in the winter or I'm eating the right things and my immune system loves me again! I am taking evening primrose oil, as recommended for alopecia areata.)
So, here's what I consumed (not the IBS-diet, but my own intuitive eating program):
2 tall skinny lattes (and immodium!)
egg whites & an egg (a big crepe/frittata with a few tbsp. of hidden spinach)
roast chicken boob (I love the smell of thyme & sage!) with a few roasted asparagus spears & anise bulb a few bites of mixed greens with herbs de provence dijon mustard & balsalmic vinegar
cocoa (which gave me the rudest migraine! i've still got a cocoa hangover & am popping advils every 4-6 hours. no more cocoa!)
UFO sugarless gum
So, basically, highly volatile IBS-eating!
Kate.
