a truly time-warped day. (yes, definitely in dr. frankenfurter mode. ) slept until nearly one. (i woke up with nausea/stomach cramps and just decided to go back to bed) actually, now that i consider it, i feel jet lagged! truly a time-warped woman. but, i decided to beam down and be an 'earth girl.'
here's what i consumed:
--1 c. egg whites --1 c. egg whites
***egg whites are a 'sure thing' with me! i always know/trust that they will stay down/agree. a totally safe/fool-proof & yummy protein***
raw:
--romaine lettuce --english cuke ***this was a huge one. it looked like a light saber. i think it was almost as long as my arm. very juicey. i love slicing them japanese style***
cooked:
--spicy spinach --cremini mushrooms with yellow & red onion --garlicky green beans
--the usual fatfree virtually zero calorie condiments. really hit the cinnamon dijon today.
***officially diagnosed with osteoarthritis which explains my gnarled redness, stiffness, pain. it also explains why my bones feel good with all the sulfur! (i.e. onions, garlic, egg whites, fish/seafood, veggies)
PERSONAL VICTORY: ate like a queen (as usual) & didn't count a calorie. although, something tells me that it's less than a thousand. nevertheless, no habitual double-checking/counting. i know that i easily, healthfully got over 100g protein! when i read tarot, i continue to draw Strength--a woman 'taming' a lion. tiger, tiger burning bright.
OBSERVATION: if i don't have a protein snack before bed I SERIOUSLY go into FAMINE mode by the witching hour, i.e. 4 a.m. therefore, by having a latenight protein dose, i avoid that situation!
