thighs are *so* sore from yesterday. stretching throughout the day, and advil, but still walking very funny. hope to be better tomorrow so i can walk to work.

take heart oatmeal
1/2 c soy milk
1 piece dried mango

small sweet potato
luna bar
baby carrots

3 T hummus
1/2 pita
2 newman-o's

egg white omelet
w/ mushroom & spinach
english muffin
ketchup

1/2 luna bar
protein shake! (kinda ew.)
(protein powder, 1 c soy milk, frozen berries. bearable, but far from fun.)

1560. 90g protein! that's 24%. if you have protein powder recommendations, please share. (i'm gonna do a board search, too.)
