B: MOM as usual
snacks: banana, luna
L: leftovers and a few grapes (I can handle less than 6)
snack: licorice and some bread batter
D: the apples and sage over chicken recipe from the index, with homegrown carrots, rice and 1 piece baguette
De: little bit sorbet
Total: less than 1600 or so
Exercise: did 2 rounds weights/ball and 20 min exercise bike, still not ready to bike outside since it hurt my hip before. It will be winter soon anyway. Burned about 350 cals.
Other: still thristy all the time and pooping well but bloated in evening, just need to GO I think
