fat: 11g (13%)
carbs: 144g (34%)
protein: 97g (51%)
calories: about 1000 (I didn't count condiments, i.e. fatfree salad dressing, fish sauce, mustard, poppyseeds. The total was around 907, but I'll allow a little extra for unaccounted for condiments...I always do)

Still in rebel mode, for the record. I love the way I feel with the protein and intend to continue consuming it. TUNA RULES!!! It is so easily digestible and DELICIOUS. My MD told me that I have a selenium deficiency and tuna is one of the best sources. Mushrooms have a significant amount as well. (Tegretol depletes my selenium reserves, as well as other minerals) So, I'll keep on doing tuna and egg whites as I am feeling so awesome. I'm still mentally apprehensive, but the language of my body aches/begs for it.
How can I be cruel to the animal that I inhabit?

Here's what I consumed (not any any particular order and most certainly not all at once):

--2 huge leafy salads as big as the toilet bowl (spring mix, baby spinach, green leaf lettuce and boston lettuce)
--"faux-tatoes" (whipped cauliflower)
--portabellini mushrooms (salad topper)
--green beans
--spinach/dill puree
--4.2 oz. tuna

One note: Everyone here seems to eat less than me and I feel like a skinny pig.

Kate.
