B: the usual snacks and lunch: also the usual, 2 tiny bananas, luna, pretzels, PB&J, few carrots and mango D: made up recipe for recipe contest of ground turkey, rice, mushrooms and spinach, it had cream cheese in it and I didn't want to eat it but needed to for the contest De: apple crisp and some soy ice cream YUM! Total: probably too high ![](/messageboards/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif) Exercise: a half day turned into 6 1/2 hours in the rain! Yuck! and my back still hurts. Other: very C this morning from the codeine. I will not take one tonight. Still no gas though and bloating only after green mangos. Had massage and felt drugged, aahhhhhh drinking lots of tea.
