Oh, Jaime, I can totally commiserate with you on this one. Don't have much tips because I'm still struggling with this myself - I'm so terrible for late night snacking! I can have the best day food-wise and then throw it all away when 11pm rolls around

However one thing that has helped a little is planning a late night meal. For example, if I'm out, and starving, I know that when I get home I'll have a bowl of oatmeal, because that's what I've planned for myself. That way I'm not purusing through the cupboards grabbing whatever looks good. Doesn't always work (sometimes the cupboard grazing comes after the oatmeal too) but most of the time it does. Having a cup of tea also helps if I'm still fidgety after the meal. Sometimes I also go brush my teeth too - that makes me feel less like eating. I don't think I could stop eating at night (my IBS probably wouldn't like it either) but I just need to work on eating well (and not bingeing) come nighttime. Sigh. Best of luck to you!
