Feeling pretty bad. My no D streak was broken. It was a badly managed day. I was bloated and gassy after a nap and I have been sick and dehydrated and then I didn't take the squash seeds out tonight either. So I got D and hope it does not screw up my weekend! This will be my last report for a few days as I am going to an annual convention. Last year I did so awesome at it and I hope I am ok this time, but it seems like bad timing! Exercise: none again. Still sick- asthma very bad!
