B: MOM 260 3g snacks and lunch: lunax2, mango and nectarine bowl, pretzels, PB&J, carrots, banana, some naner bread batter. 1100 and 17g dinner: leftover chicken and rice , 2 ears corn (fingers crossed) 360 and 4g total: 1720 so far 24g 13% Exercise: worked 6 1/2hours. Meant to exercise when I got home but I sort of forgot. Had another rough/crabby day. Other: bloated again tonight but not so bad.
