B: MOM with br. sugar and banana, and reg soy milk. 385 and 4 g Snack pre-exercise: luna 170 4 lunch: 1 thin slice nana bread, little bit of leftover pasta and a little creamed corn- 250 and 4 snack: banana, peach cup, HNC 2 bowls (then I was full) 400 and 2 g dinner: apricot grilled chic, rice, asparagus -not too much- 300 and 2g dessert: little bit strawberries and sorbet- 125 total 1630 and only 9% fat I think. I am not sure why so low. Exercise: situps and biked 14 miles -outside!!! then active all day putsing and cleaning. Says I burned 590 cals! I think it was a little lower than that though. But boy if I keep that up maybe I can lose the 5 pounds. My back/hip is sore though since I lifted the tomato greenhouses last Sunday. Wish me luck on recooperating with it!
