Wednesday: Breakfast - the usual oatmeal/apricots/OJ/mint tea combo (366) snack - UFO beverage, red pepper slices, one piece Laffy Taffy (couldn't resist, it was in the kitchenette @work) darn laffy taffy... 189 Lunch - Lemon pepper turkey on sourdough w/spicey mustard (you'll be seeing this one again for a few more days! ) sounds yummy 226 Snack - banana 109 Dinner - Thanksgiving sanwich at Roly Poly (too much mayo but tasty otherwise!) 289 Dessert - few fruit jellies, handfull of choc covered dried cherries, animal crackers (427)
Excercise - 20 min on elliptical, 10 min walking. 1 hr pilates class. Probably burned around 450 cals total if the elliptical display was accurate. yah!!
Water - again between 60-70 oz.
