Hi! I'm new to the boards, and I have a lot of questions. Looking at all of your posts, this seems like a really compfortable place to start. I was on Weight Watchers, and have really had to modify my eating since my diagnosis two weeks ago. I guess I have had IBS for a long time, but I have so much to learn!!! Right now I'm just trying to make lists of things I can prepare and eat... I see Luna bars on many of your posts, are those safe? Do you have favorite recipes that you use often? I'm trying to continue loosing weight, without the D I have been having due to my IBS.
