Pre-W/0 - Banana, 1 serving low-fat cinnamon graham crackers Post-W/0 - apple, protein shake made with 1.5 cups lite chocolate soymilk + 1 scoop Chocolate Soy protein powder + 1 tsp Glutamine + 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder L - Broccoli-Cauliflower-Chicken pasta in a fire-roasted tomato & garlic sauce, 1 cup mixed vegetables (no corn, extra green beans), 1 piece French bread S - Luna bar, RKT S - 1/2 cup Oatbran, 1.25 c lite soymilk, 2 tsp brown sugar & cinnamon S - 1 cup natural applesauce with cinnamon D (at the library, studying) - banana, luna bar, 1 cup bite size pretzels S - 1 piece Pumpkin Apple Spice Bread
Total: 2393cal, 121g protein, 32g fat (eek!)
