My report is as follows: foodies: *bowl of porridge with half peach & banana *crumpet *home-baked baguette with hummus & roasted veg chutney + 4 fresh cherry tomatoes *apple *toasted muffin with blackcurrant jam *butternut squash, red pepper & tempeh satay curry with rice noodles (maybe 1 cup of food) *2 tinned pear halves
Exercise: *45 minutes NYCB exercises, with emphasis on ab muscles
