I don't have much of a report today... I know, I've been bad, I haven't been reporting... someone kick my @$$!
Breakfast - oatmeal Lunch - leftover mashers (see recipe board) and jasmine rice Snacks - banana, honeycomb, mandarin orange cake, toast w/ jelly Dinner - tuna casserole, carrots
Calories - No idea. I'm too lazy to calculate what's in the casserole or the mashers, but I have a pretty good guess that I'm right around 1800. I'm pretty consistent like that these days.
Fruits and veggies - banana, mashers, veggies in the casserole, carrots = 4
Activity - nada
It's a miracle that I haven't gained any weight... I'm still holding steady at 125. Amazing.
